Kerry's Holistic Therapies, specialising in Holistic Massage, was set up in 2013 by Kerry. I am a fully qualified and insured Complementary Therapist offering Holistic, Deep Tissue and Pregnancy Massage. I have recently qualified in Oncology Massage Therapy which means that I am able to help anyone with a cancer diagnosis, wherever they are in their treatment journey.
My treatments are carried out in Horsham, West Sussex where I work from a beautiful, tranquil treatment room set up in my home. There is plenty of free parking just outside.
With the launch of the kerrys holistic therapy website, www.kerrysholistictherapies.com, this will also enhance the awareness that Massage and Facials are available in Horsham, Dorking, Epsom, Burgess Hill and Crawley the surrounding villages in West Sussex.
Holistically I specialise in Massage - I offer Holistic, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy and Oncology Massage Therapy.
You will find that massage is included in all of my treatments. Massage was the first therapy that I learned and I feel that the power of touch is very nuturing and healing.
Beauty wise I offer Facial Treatments, using beautiful spa quality products, and these are tailored to your skin type as I have a wide range of products to suit all.
Complementary Therapy wise I offer Reiki as I recently qualified to Level II.
Reiki is a hands on therapy that helps clients by means of touch to activate the natural healing process of your body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
In today’s hectic world I think that there is a huge importance on relaxation and stress relief and this is an experience that I offer in everything that I do. I only treat ladies and I want them to be able to step into my room, unwind straight away and feel completely at ease. I think that events over the last year have been very overwhelming for lots of us and I think that by relaxing, enjoying a restorative treatment and allowing ourselves some time to just "be" it can improve our mental wellbeing.
My treatments help you to achieve a bit of "me time", you should walk away feeling recharged and ready to face the day ahead.
My background is in personal banking so I know how it feels to work in a stressful environment. My holistic therapies are about reconnecting the mind and body in a relaxing, focused way. Each treatment is tailored to your individual wishes and can help soothe everyday tension and aches, as well as awaken your spirituality.

Offer of the Month - For May it is all about massage.
The Top to Toe Massage combines both Massage and Relaxation and is only £58.
This treatment is a little slice of heaven.
It begins with a gorgeous back, neck and shoulder massage to start to ease you into a deep feeling of peace and relaxation. I work around those shoulders and your neck area to find those areas in which you hold stress and tension and start to relax them. I then work over your calves and hamstrings, again finding any areas which are tight and start to release those muscles.
Then I will turn you over and work over the front of the chest and shoulders and up your neck into the base of your skull. Here you will feel the stress and tension melting away. Following this is a glorious face massage where I work over pressure and reflex points and drain away any excess lymphatic fluid, to leave your face feeling rejuvenated and looking younger.
Your arms and hands follow, easing the tension in your palms and fingers and finishing with your feet.
Drift off to the beautiful, chilled piano music in a candlelit room. To give that final touch of luxury my couch will be heated and you will be wrapped in a cosy blanket. I use a gorgeous luxury body oil which will leave your skin feeling soft and supple.
For that extra special treatment, you can add beautifully heated and scented eye mask to the treatment for the last 20 minutes for an extra £3.50.

Products Used
After much research, I have chosen to use products from the Company Tropic. These are freshly made, natural beauty products made locally in our Surrey beauty kitchen and the ingredients are sourced from around the world. They are packaged in recyclable containers. They have won over 200 awards and are certified as vegan and cruelty free. Tropic is certified as a Carbon Neutral company. I use the products at home for myself and my family. Tropic have just released an amazing day eye cream which works wonders. I have Tropic magazines available for you to take away which as well as detailing all of the products are full of hand hints and tips and if you wish to purchase products I can either order them for you or you can order them from my online shop.

I now work with women suffering with anxiety and stress to help them to live their best lives.
